Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for your purchase. You are going to love it!!
Here is some basic info on what to expect next:
All of our handmade products (which includes most all of our wooden signs) have a processing time (the time it takes for us to make your made-to-order product) of 5-7 business days before your order ships. A business day is considered Monday-Friday. We do observe all major holidays and may occasionally have extended "vacations" times that may increase the processing time. Any such "vacations" will be noted on the website so you will know to expect a little longer processing time.
Our carrier of choice is USPS (for USA domestic shipments) with Priority Shipping as the included shipping method. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout but it will cost more and will NOT necessarily reduce the processing time of the product.
You will be notified via email (if you opted to) once your order has shipped and you will receive tracking information for your shipment. Once the order is shipped it is at the mercy of the USPS or other carrier and there is always a possibility of shipping delays from that carrier. These delays are out of craftee by design's control and if you can not receive adequate information from your tracking information, please contact us at Ashley@crafteebydesign.com and we will look into it for you too, because we know you are excited to receive your products.
Our hand designed products will be printed and shipped by various vendors and print on demand services (such as Printify.com). Each of these products have a unique processing time so you will need to check each item to see how long it should take for your product to ship. They will be shipped directly from the vendor that prints them and you will receive an email notification when it ships.
Hand-picked products that are in stock should ship with 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notice once it has shipped.
Orders may ship separately from different locations and at different times.
